Colorado Associate Broker License Program Catalog VI Published 2010 Objective To prepare the student for the State of Colorado’s Associate Broker’s written examination by completing the Colorado Real Estate Commission’s educational requirements. The graduate will gain a solid overview and working knowledge of the real estate industry and the laws and regulations that govern it. Length of Program 168 class hours as prescribed by the Colorado Real Estaste Commission.
