Welcometo Empire Real Estate School (ERES). ERES offers complete course requirements needed to apply for a Colorado Real Estate Broker license. The program is an in-depth overview of the real estate industry and provides all the lecture and course work needed to prepare the student to pass the Colorado Real Estate Brokers examination.

Beyond providing the course work mandated by the Colorado Real Estate Commission, we strive to prepare our students for their initial career in real estate sales. Empire Real Estate School is owned and operated by Doug Dodds. Doug has been a licensed real estate broker since 1992, is past president of the Fort Collins Board of Realtors and has over 11 years experience managing a 150+ agent office. Our teachers are real estate professionals, with Colorado Brokers licenses, REALTORS® and credentialed by the Colorado Department of Higher Education, Division of Private Occupational Schools.
