Empire Real Estate School is conveniently located one block south of Harmony Road on Boardwalk Drive. The facility is in the education center, on the second floor of RE/MAX Allicance real estate building. We draw upon the synergy and energy of this busy office and pre-licensing students experience a working real estate brokerage environment while attending classes.

 

The classroom is extremely well equipped, efficient and comfortable. Small classes ensure that each student is able to participate in class discussions and build rapport and confidence. A kitchenette is adjacent to the classroom—fresh coffee is always provided.

 

The Broker Associate Program consists of forty-two class sessions and thirty-four different subjects. Five teachers specialize in their selected subjects and deliver them expertly. Different teachers provide varied styles making it more interesting for the students. All teachers are licensed real estate brokers with over 80 years of combined experience.
