The contract is the blueprint of the transaction.
 Whether you are new to the business or a seasoned veteran, this course will get you thinking about using Commission approved forms as a tool of your trade . . . not simply tasks that must be done. The best way to AVOID problems in a transaction is to write a clear and complete contract, then know how and when to use other forms as you bring the transaction to closing. Initiating and administering a transaction is like working a jigsaw puzzle—all of the pieces will fit togeter nicely if done properly.
Taught in a fashion of "real world" dealings and experiences, this course will challenge you to think differently about how to initiate and administer the transaction. We've been told by many licensees, "This is the best class I've ever attended". You will pick up tips and ideas in 8 hours that might take years to learn.
