Continuing Education
Continuing education is a key part of many of the world's finest professions. It ensures that you are current with the latest regulations and that you have the skills needed to conduct a modern, relevent real estate practice . . . and, it is also a requirement to maintain your license! The Colorado Real Estate Commission has clearly specified such requirements for all Colorado Real Estate Brokers.
We concentrate on only a few courses. In addition to the scheduled offerings, they can be presented exclusively to your company's agents at your office or other convenient location of your choice (minimum enrollment is required). Give us a call for details.
The Mandatory Update Class is, well ... mandatory. The curriculum is set forth by the Real Estate Commission and all schools are required to present the identical material. We do, however, provide a great deal of professional ancillary material unique to our school that supports the state-provided curriculum.
Our signature class is Colorado Real Estate Contract Forms and Disclosures. No other school or provider offers so much learning in an 8-hour course. It is a "must have" for every licensee in Colorado. Most people who attend, take it again at least every other year as the state forms and our standards of practice continue to change and evolve. Brokers can receive 8 hours of Continuing Education credit for the class once in every calendar year.
We offer two continuing education courses:
•Colorado Real Estate Commission Mandatory Update Course • 4 hours
•Colorado Real Estate Contract Forms and Disclosures Course• 8 hours
