Annual Update Course
This 4-hour course is required to be taken annually by all licensees. The course is updated to a new version starting January each year and that version must be taken on or before December 31 of that year.
You will learn recent Commission changes in laws, rule, regulations and forms. You'll also receive a heads-up and advice on the most common problems and complaints the Commission is experiencing at the time the course is developed.
This course is developed by the Commission and filled with important updates designed to keep you current in your Colorado real estate practice. We take training directly from the Commission before offering this course to licensees to ensure complete and accurate information.
