Colorado Real Estate Contract Forms & Disclosures

Don't just write a contract . . . craft a transaction.

Whether you are new to the business or a seasoned veteran, this course gets you using Commission approved forms as a valuable tool of your trade . . . not simply tasks that must be done. The best way to AVOID problems in a transaction is to write a clear and complete contract, then know how and when to use other forms as the transaction moves forward. Initiating and managing a transaction is like working a jigsaw puzzle—all of the pieces will fit together nicely if done properly.

Taught in the fashion of  real world dealings and experiences,  this course will challenge you to think differently about how to initiate, administer and manage the transaction. We've been told by many brokers, "This is the best class I've ever attended". You pick up tips and ideas in 8 hours that might take years to learn (or may never learn at all). Due to the unique format of this class and the large amount of information presented, it is taught in two, half-day sessions (four hours each) with a day of "rest" in between. Attendance at both sessions is required to receive CE credit.

Each attendee receives a 170 page, full color manual of completed, notated CURRENT forms and tried and proven phrases for contracts, counters and amendments. Take a look at the inclusive Table Of Contents. Personalize the manual throughout the course with margin notes and highlights that are important to you and your unique practice. It becomes YOUR reference guide for the future.

The 2019 Contract Forms and Disclosures Class is thoroughly updated to reflect the current forms, changes in Colorado statutes and Commission rules. All important changes to the 2019 forms are noted and discussed. Updates also include keeping the 170-page manual relevant to our changing market conditions. Gone is the section on “Short Sales” and new is a section on “Writing Competitive Offers”.
